One objective of the Career Fair Program is to, provide an opportunity for school children gaining some awareness about the IT/BPO Industry and how to align their educational path to get in to this industry. This involves creating an understanding in employment opportunities in the industry, understand qualifications required and figure-out entry paths. In addition to the seminars conducted, there will be a dedicated career counseling sessions planned for students to participated one-on-one basis.

Career Counseling will be done by selected counselors from the Ministry of Education and from the IT/BPO Industry. Counselors will get trained in different aspects of the industry, so that they will be equipped with vital information required to share with the students.
