• Principals will be made aware at regional principal’s events
• Schoolchildren will be transported to the fair locations
• Regional career counsellors will be trained by IT-BPO industry personnel
• Career guidance counsellors from regional schools will provide counselling on the IT-BPO industry along with industry personnel

• Industry personnel will be required
  1. To make presentations on the topics of the fair
  2. To man the career counselling booths along with Ministry of Education counsellors

• 320 man hours are estimated to be required 
  1. A minimum of 4 man days pledge is expected from each IT-BPO company
  2. Companies must meet the costs of employee travel and lodging
